GENERAL

What trading card games do you sell?

Currently, we only sell Pokémon TCG products in Japanese and Chinese. We are actively working on providing our customers with more language choices and also different TCG games like Onepiece.

Other collectibles unrelated to TCG's might also appear on our website soon. 👀

Are your products official and authentic?

Yes! All our products are sourced from official licensed distributors and we guarantee 100% authenticity!

Do you only sell sealed products?

No, we offer a wide variety of products ranging from sealed booster boxes, booster packs, single cards and graded cards. We also offer accessories such as sleeves and toploaders.

Do you offer gift cards or store credit?

Yes. We offer gift cards that can be perfect as a gift for a loved one so they can decide themselves what to buy, giving them the biggest choice. Store credit can be awarded to customers as gratitude or as an apology if something unexpected happens with an order such as delivery delays etc.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

How do you determine card conditions?

We thoroughly inspect each card before putting in on our shop to provide the condition badge that describes the card condition the best.

If an order arrives and the card condition is not as expected, a free return will be granted and the card will either be replaced with the correct condition or a full (100%) refund will be given.

How can I be sure of a card's condition before buying?

To be 100% sure about the cards condition you are willing to buy, you can contact us on instagram @luxembourg_tcg or via email: info@luxembourgtcg.com and request high resolution images of the cards you are willing to buy.

We are always happy to help and will typically respond in less than 2 hours.

Are the cards sleeved or protected when shipped?

All ordered cards are sleeved and in a toploader (individually) and are put in a resealable bag for transport (so they don't come out of the toploaders during shipping).

If a card arrives damaged, don't hesitate to contact us at info@luxembourgtcg.com and we will provide you with a new one or a 100% refund.

Do you restock sold-out products?

Yes. Most products will be restocked once sold out. Due to high demand however, some products are harder to obtain or will have a higher price tag once restocked as prices are rising d to lower available stock.

Can I request a specific set or card?

Yes. If you are looking for a very specific set or single/graded card, you can contact us at info@luxembourgtcg.com and we will do our best to find it through our network of connections at the best price possible.

ORDERS & PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Klarna. Paypal is also coming soon.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

An order can be cancelled as long as it has not been fulfilled yet. After fulfilment, you would have to wait until delivery and request a return.

Changes to orders can also be made as long as it has not been fulfilled yet.

Do you offer pre-orders? How do they work?

Yes. We offer pre-orders for all future releases some time after they have been announced. All pre-orders are an order for something released in the future.

All pre-orders are always shipped a couple of days after the release date, depending on when the product arrives at our doorstep.

Do you offer bundle deals or discounts?

Yes. Apart from the bundle deals and discounts already present on our website, you can request discounts at info@luxembourgtcg.com.

Bundle deals will also soon come to our shop, giving you even better deals.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Do you ship outside of Luxembourg?

Yes. We ship worldwide. We can delivery to every country. For countries outside of the European Union, import duties and taxes might be charged at the time of delivery.

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping cost depends on the location. In Luxembourg, shipping costs 4.95€, for most other countries it is between 9 - 20€.

How long does delivery take?

Most of the time orders are fulfilled within 2 days of placing the order, but can take longer due to a high number of orders or some issues outside of our control. Orders take 1-3 working days after fulfilment to be delivered, but some courier issues can delay shipment for a couple of days.

In case you are unhappy about your delivery time, contact us at info@luxembourgtcg.com and we will offer you a discount as an apology.

Do you offer tracked or insured shipping?

Yes. All orders are insured and come with a tracking number. This offers great security and peace of mind.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order after fulfilment trough the order page or by entering the provided tracking number on the courier's website.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Can I return a product if I change my mind?

Yes. All orders can be returned as long as they are unopened for Booster Boxes and Packs, and undamaged (by the customer). Returns are 100% free and we provide you with the return label.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Any order that arrives damaged or incorrect will either be replaced or fully refunded to your original payment method. As an apology we will even offer you a discount, even if the mistake is no due to our own fault.

How Long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds typically only take up to 1 week to process, but due to your bank's delays, might take up to 2 weeks but no longer.

LOCAL BUYERS

Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes. You can pick up your order in person. The address will be found on our website when you order and choose local pickup. Please wait for a confirmation email that your order is ready for pickup. You can then come and pickup your order in person.

Pickup times are typically from 10:00 - 19:00 but pickups outside these times can be arranged. Simply contact us at info@luxembourgtcg.com.

Do you attend local card shows or events?

Not yet, but we will soon attend local events and card shows.

SELLING & TRADING

Do you buy cards from players?

Yes. We sometimes buy cards and sealed product from payers. If you have anything you would like to sell, contact us on instagram @luxembourg_tcg or contact us via our email address at info@luxembourgtcg.com.

How do I sell my cards to you?

After contacting us about what you have up for sale, we will work out a deal and try to meet up.

Do you accept trades?

Yes. We also accept trades. This works the same as a asale, after contacting us, we will work out a deal and meet up.

SPECIAL & LOYALTY

Do you have a loyalty or reward program?

Yes. We have a reward program. You can earn points with every order that can later be redeemed for free shipping or as an order discount.

How can I get notified about restocks or sales?

Sign up to our newsletter and you will be notified as soon as we restock something or if we are running a sale. Additionally, you will get a 5% discount on your first order if you sign up for our newsletter.
